These items are made to order and shipped directly from Japan via Air Mail.

Warranty:

This product is guaranteed for 6 months against problems such as clouded lenses from water, condensation, electrical shortages, burnt out LEDs, and fogginess.
After a damage part is returned, we will repair or exchange the part. For details pertaining to returned parts please refer to our terms and conditions. (Return postage paid by the customer is required.)
We are not liable for any damage to the parts except for when the installation or repair is being completed on company premises.
