This product is one of Adaptonic’s plug-in ECUs, also called eMod009. It’s a direct plug and play for S4 Mazda RX7 FC.

Our main objective in creating the Adaptronic Modular ECU line is to work towards Adaptronic’s mission which is to give people control. The MSD 8.5 mm Super Conductor wire is the performance wire engineered from the inside out, the 8.5mm offers everything you have ever wanted in a wire; incredibly low resistance without electronic interference! In a single 12 In. length of Super Conductor wire there is only 40 to 50 ohms of resistance! That is the lowest resistance of any helically wound wire. To accomplish this, MSD use a copper alloy conductor due to it’s great voltage carrying capabilities. The low resistance results in less loss of spark energy so more reaches the spark plug. The conductor is wound extremely tight around a special center core. So tight, that there is over 40 Ft. of conductor wrapped into a single foot of plug wire. This winding procedure, combined with a ferro-magnetic impregnated center core, produces an extremely effective electro magnetic interference (EMI) choke.

Construction is held to tight quality control standards that are illustrated in the outstanding Heliarc soldering, pristine tube and fin alignment, and mirror-like surface finish. The tubes, fins, headers, and brackets are brazed in a state-of-the-art Nocolok furnace, which bonds these components into a virtually indestructible radiator unit.

All fan mounts are situated to OE specifications, and using the OEM mounting locations facilitates fitment into the RX-7.

TRUST GReddy High Capacity Diff Cover for RX-7 FD3s

Add an extra 1 litre of oil to your FD’s differentials capacity.
Increasing the capacity of your differential is something that is quite often overlooked on a performance car. Though the stock Diff holds around 1.4 litres of oil incresing its capacity can aid cooling of everything back there and prolong the life of your expensive aftermarket Diff if fitted.

A great upgrade for those looking to take their car on track. GReddy have taken this in to account by adding internal oil baffles in to the casting to reduce oil slosh under hard cornering.

GReddy have also included two 3/8pt (not 3/8npt) ports in the the casing design to allow for easy installation of a differential oil cooler (if your going that extreme) or an oil temperature sensor (yes they have literally thought of everything when designing this diff cover)

Made from cast aluminium, this cover increases the diffs oil capacity by around 1 Liter, and comes with a high power magnetic drain bolt to help keep all that new oil clean and free from debris.

This Diff cover is compatible with all model years of the Rx-7 FD

Water/methanol injection for gas engines is a proven means for effectively reducing engine inlet air temperatures and suppressing harmful detonation on forced induction and high performance naturally aspirated race engines. This allows racers to reliably increase boost and advance ignition timing—without using high-octane racing fuel—for power gains of up to 20%. AEM’s Water/Methanol Injection Systems utilize the most robust hardware combined with more advanced features than any other comparably priced water/methanol system.

The on-demand progressive controller in AEM’s Boost Dependent PN30-3300 Water/Methanol Injection kit bases injection flow on manifold pressure using an on-board MAP sensor (up to 35 PSI of boost) to ensure the proper amount of water/methanol injection at all points along an engine’s power curve.

AEM’s engineers spent extensive time developing the controller’s flow control strategy for a more linear flow output delivery. This means that the flow delivery better matches an engine’s need for water/methanol injection, which further optimizes charge air cooling and detonation control.

The new controller design features large, turn-resistant knobs and larger numbering to easily set accurate start and full activation points, with covered status LED and test buttons for added splash resistance. A plug is integrated into the controller housing for mating to the redesigned wiring harness’s positive-lock connector. The Boost Dependent controller housing has a molded-in, barbed nipple to accept a boost hose and a wiring legend on the back, integrated fuse and molded mounting tabs.

AEM’s Boost Dependent Water/Methanol Injection kit’s wiring harness is terminated with a positive-lock connector on one end and has color-coded wires to ease installation. Both the power and ground wires for the pump are included in the harness which simplifies the wiring process and eliminates any chance of the pump accidentally activating from a short in the system. An additional wire is included for adding an optional on/off solenoid to stop fluid flow when the system is inactive.

AEM’s Boost Dependent, PN 30-3300 gasoline Water/Methanol Injection System’s compact 1 gallon tank includes a high tech conductive low fluid level indicator with a positive lock connector and color matched wires to the wiring harness.

This Mishimoto fan controller is much more affordable than other kits on the market.

Take full control of your electric cooling fan with the Mishimoto Adjustable Fan Controller Kit! This kit is applicable for any 12v electric fan and includes all necessary components for installation. This kit can be purchased with a probe-style temperature sensor or with a 1/8″ NPT thread-in sensor to fit the needs of any project. The Mishimoto Fan Controller features adjustable activation from 66°C to 116°C and deactivates once temperatures are reduced by 6°C. This controller includes a built-in A/C override feature and is designed for use with 1–2 electric fans drawing a combined 25 amps or less. The Mishimoto Adjustable Fan Controller Kit includes the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.

Adjustment is simple via means of a slot head screwdriver to adjust the dial on the control box.

Each comprehensive package includes a Racing Beat cast-aluminum high-rise intake manifold with a vacuum source for power brakes, a Racing Beat-modified Holley carburetor (465 CFM), foam air cleaner and canister assembly, throttle and metering oil pump linkages, and appropriate gaskets. All emissions control fittings are eliminated. This carburetor includes a vacuum-operated choke.

Performance
When installed on a 1976-78 RX-3 or a 1979-85 RX-7 12A engine, this kit increases engine output by approximately 20 HP with the stock exhaust system. However, for increased performance gains we strongly recommend the installation of an exhaust header/presilencer/Power Pulse Muffler combo (10+ HP) or an open exhaust (15+ HP) – resulting in total performance gains of between 30-35 HP depending on your specific intake/exhaust configuration..

The carburetors and manifolds used in these Holley kits are also available separately in the “Holley Components” section.

Note: Installation of this kit requires use of a high delivery fuel pump kit delivering 6 psi @ 20 gph.

Racing Beat Air Cleaner Assembly for 71-85 Rotary Engines inc RX-7 FB

Racing Beat’s dyno-proven Power Pulse Air Filter Assembly, for all 1971-85 Stock Carburettor Bodies, is designed specifically for performance. While the assembly uses the same Racing Beat foam air filter element that fits the stock canister, the design of the Power Pulse canister both improves air flow into the carburettor and limits the introduction of dirt particles into the filter element.

The spun aluminium canister pieces are powder-coated white for added durability. There is no provision for emission control valve hose/air pump hose connections on this assembly; however, there is a position available to connect a crankcase breather tube if needed.

The Racing Beat-designed Foam Air Filter Element for all 1971-85 Rotaries consists of a polyurethane foam over a metal screen form that interchanges exactly with the stock element. The foam element can be re-used by periodically cleaning in solvent and re-oiling.

While the element offers no significant increase in air flow when compared to a clean, stock paper element, as the paper element collects dirt its air flow capacity decreases dramatically while the foam element is nearly unaffected.

Racing Beat 12a to 13b Conversion Engine Mount for RX-7 FB

Racing Beat’s extremely popular Front Engine Mount allows any 1974-85 13B engine to be installed into any 1979-85 12A RX-7 chassis.

Racing Beat Full Exhaust System for Standard to Street Ported 79-85 RX-7 FB 12a Engines

Our Racing Beat-designed, “Long Primary” Street Port Complete RX-7 Exhaust System is designed for any 1979-85 RX-7 with a 12A street-ported engine. Designed specifically to optimize the performance benefit of a ported rotary engine, this RX-7 exhaust system will provide the maximum power output possible from an aftermarket RX-7 exhaust system. While louder than the stock system, the dual resonated centre section offers maximum exhaust gas flow and scavenging while reducing sound output to a modest level.

Offered as a packaged set, this kit consists of a Road Race Header, the Street Port Centre Section, and a high flow Power Pulse Main muffler.

The Long Primary system typically adds 5% or more horsepower over a standard Short Primary system on a street ported engine, especially at higher RPMs. This system can also be used on non-ported engines with good results. It is strictly bolt-on, with no welding required. These complete “bolt-on” systems come complete with all required mounting hardware and gaskets. Since this is intended for racing applications, there is no provision for an oxygen sensor on this system.

Racing Beat Complete Exhaust System for RX-7 FB with 12a Engine

Racing Beat offers a complete RX-7 high-performance exhaust system for the 1979-85 12A RX-7 (w/manual transmission) which includes our Header/Collector, a Power-Pulse Presilencer, and our legendary Power Pulse main muffler.

These components attach to all stock mounting points, and include all necessary gaskets and hangers. The only component not included is the factory connecting pipe that mounts just ahead of the main muffler. There is no horsepower to be gained by replacing this pipe with a larger diameter assembly. If your factory connecting pipe needs replacing, we suggest you contact your local Mazda dealer or muffler shop.

These exhaust systems offer excellent horsepower gains when you require a muffled exhaust system for your stock-ported engine or your standard RX-7 FB.

The actual horsepower increase depends on which year/model stock RX-7 exhaust system you are comparing to, but a 22% increase at 7000 rpm is typical. Thanks to the combined efforts of the Power-Pulse Presilencer and the Power Pulse Main muffler, the exhaust noise is only slightly higher than stock, with a very low, pleasant character.

Racing Beat has been manufacturing replacement silencer canisters for rotary powered vehicles for over 25 years. Ordinary replacement silencer  don’t stand a chance against the extreme temperatures and pounding exhaust gas pulsation generated by the rotary engine. This silencer is a large diameter high-flow silencer  designed for street ported engines as well as the stock 1981-1982 RX-7 chassis. It consists of two 1.75-inch tubes that collect into one 2.375-inch tube. It is slightly louder than our other Power Pulse silencers.

This Power Pulse Main Silencer assembly interchanges exactly with the stock RX-7 muffler on the 1981-82 chassis years. The main body of the silencer measures 8 inches in diameter and 18 inches in length. The heavy-duty construction, both internally and externally, ensures a long life. Racing Beat Mini Pre-Silencer for 79-80 RX-7 FB

The Racing Beat Mini Power Pulse Presilencer is designed specifically to replace the Heat Exchanger on 1979-1980 RX-7s to either provide a quieter exhaust with a more pleasant character or because the original Heat Exchanger has failed.

This presilencer is 10.625 inches long and 4-inches in outside diameter. The inside diameter, 2 inches, is a straight-through perforated-core design. The end caps are .375-inch thick and fitted with 12mm studs.

The inlet end mates to the Heat Exchanger flange at the rear of our header, while the outlet end mates to a catalytic converter flange. Inside, the perforated core is made of stainless steel and is packed with stainless steel wool.

This small presilencer is also ideal for use in the design of a custom exhaust system when space concerns does allow the placement of a longer presilencer. Multiple units can be installed in sequence as need to meet your sound level needs.

The MSD 8.5 mm Super Conductor wire is the performance wire engineered from the inside out, the 8.5mm offers everything you have ever wanted in a wire; incredibly low resistance without electronic interference! In a single 12 In. length of Super Conductor wire there is only 40 to 50 ohms of resistance! That is the lowest resistance of any helically wound wire. To accomplish this, MSD use a copper alloy conductor due to it’s great voltage carrying capabilities. The low resistance results in less loss of spark energy so more reaches the spark plug. The conductor is wound extremely tight around a special center core. So tight, that there is over 40 Ft. of conductor wrapped into a single foot of plug wire. This winding procedure, combined with a ferro-magnetic impregnated center core, produces an extremely effective electro magnetic interference (EMI) choke.

Pineapple Racing Solid Dowel Pins provide an easy, cost effective aid to hp and “ping” loads causing plate cracking or engine damage from loss of clearance from engine flex. Our super strong proprietary material has been meticulously machined to provide what we feel are the most accurate and consistently machined solid dowel pins on the market. The O.D. is accurate to 50 millionth’s! That’s 0.00005”. We “lightly” tapped one end for use with a Dowel Pin Puller.

Replace just the lower dowel pins helps to insure your engine’s centerline remains true. It is a great update requiring no machining.

Replace both lower and upper dowel pins for the maximum improvement. Replacing the upper dowel pins requires the installation of an external oil feed line to the front main oil galley to replace the OEM galley in the OEM dowel pins. Our Oil Pedestal Adapter kit makes this a simple job that can be done with simple hand tools and an electric drill.

High horsepower and the shock loads from “ping” put a tremendous load against the rotor housings. The load deflects the rotor housings outwards, pushing the dowel pin with them. The dowel pins are retained by their fit into the cast iron plates. If the loads are too high, the upper dowel pin can cause the plate(s) to crack. Additionally, since the upper dowel pins are also used as an oil galley, a massive oil leak is also possible. The OEM 20B is especially prone to this type of damage,  and with the price of the “thick” center plate near $1800us, preventing this type of damage pays for itself.

The Pineapple Racing Oil Pedestal Adapter is a stylish, Nickel plated rotor shaped adapter. It easily installs between the existing oil filter pedestal and the rear plate. It features a ¼”NPT port for an external oil line and an 1/8” NPT port for oil pressure or oil temperature.

TRUST GReddy Type FV Blow Off Valve for RX-7 Fd3s

The GReddy BOV FV is a new generation of blow off valve. The unique “Floating Valve” design incorporates a revised adjustable dual spring system, while maintaining the advantages of the previous models’ push valve structure and silicone diaphragm control. The improved design makes spring preload setting less dependent on the idle, while providing better response, increased valve travel, more air-flow and added resistance to premature valve lift under all conditions. Also maintained is a slimer CNC outlet with discharge ports to draws surrounding air to amplify the blow-off sound, however this can be replaced with optional re-circulation adapters in various sizes.

This Kit is Designed to run on the standard RX-7 Twin turbo Setup, Modification to enable use on a single Turbo Should be possible with the Aluminum Adaptor Sold Seperately.
