Catback systems will only replace the rear exhaust muffler and does not replace the catalytic converter so you stay legal.

TRUST GReddy Type FV BOV

GReddy Blow Off Valves are easily adjustable to eliminate compressor surge and preventing premature boost leakage, while increasing boost response between shifts. Each valve is made of durable cast and billet aluminum frame and the valve to diaphragm ratio provides performance that cheap piston types cannot offer. The spring stiffness adjustment screw and the three different models give the GReddy user the option to match vehicles with mild upgrades to heavily tuned engines

The Type FV

The Brand New GReddy FV has the latest Floating Valve technology.The unique “floating valve” design incorporates a revised adjustable dual spring system, while retaining the advantages of the previous models push valve structure and diaphragm control. The improved design makes spring preload setting less dependant on the idle, while providing increased response, valve travel, flow and resistance to premature valve lift under all conditions.

The new GReddy FV BOV retains the same mounting, outlef and position as previous GReddy Type RS and Type RZ models, making retrofitting the new type FV to existing applications possible.

GReddy T618z Turbo Conversion Kit for RX-8

The GReddy RX-8 Turbo kit is a bolt-on turbo kit which comes with everything you need including the following parts:

>GReddy T618Z turbo with internal wastegate (Set to run 5 psi.)Cast turbo manifold

>Cast turbo manifold

>Cast turbo downpipe

>Aluminum intake pipe with intake filter

>Intercooler

>Intercooler piping

>GReddy E-manage Ultimate with wiring adapter means no wire cutting to your stock ECU harness.

The turbo kit is set to run 5 psi out of the box. This is a safe boost level. With other fuel system support and engine modification, the turbo is good to run up to 20 psi with a boost controller. The E-manage comes pre-programmed. GReddy claims 60 rear wheel HP gain from the turbo kit out of the box. 60 rear wheel horsepower was acheived on Greddy’s test cars. The actual horsepower will vary from car to car. Further tuning of the E-Manage Ultimate with the E-manage laptop software may result in improved HP gain.

Essex Rotary recommend this kit is professionally installed and tunes but to the nature of converting an N/A RX-8 to Turbo. some applications may require revision of the original installation instructions.

This is the JDM kit designed and build for the RHD RX-8 NOT the LHD kit from the USA

GReddy Profec OLED Boost Controller

The new PRofec is compact, powerful and easy to use. The large OLED Display, with the simple two-button / rotary-dial control, made for intuitive operation.

An ultra slim controller can display in digital, bar-graph, or graphical modes and can be rotated 180 degree for installation with the included adjustable mount or flush mounted.

By separating the display and control unit in the driver’s compartment, from the engine compartment-mounted, waterproof, sensor unit, it makes installation straightforward.

Only one thin harness is required to be routed through the firewall. The combination of the new 300kPa (43.5psi) integrated pressure sensor, the more compact solenoid valve and faster ECU processer, provide quicker response and the most stable boost curves yet.

The PRofec also maintains popular features like, Lo, Hi, Scramble boost presets, last-boost display, peak-hold recall, warning alert and safety limiter. The next evolution of the GReddy PRofec line of electronic boost controllers is here!

Trust GReddy Baffled Oil Pan (Sump) for RX-8 2004-2008

Functional as a secondary oil cooler, GReddy high-capacity Oil Pans maintain more constant oil temperatures via increased volume of oil and the improved cooling efficiency of the thick-walled cast aluminium construction.

They also include specially designed interiors to keep the oil at the oil pump pick-up for engine reliability, and additional drain ports for the installation of turbo oil drains etc.

This oil pan offers an increased oil capacity over the stock oil pan, will not corrode and leak like the OEM pan, and with its superior cooling efficiency of the finned (heat sync style) cast aluminium construction this oil pan is a superb upgrade for both forced induction and N/A series 1 RENESIS engines.
