The Super Power Flow reloaded kit from HKS has been designed to reduce intake air resistance by removing stock intake pipes that can cause turbulence due to the corrugations normally found in them.

The all new ribbed main body dissipates heat more effectively and the venturi shaped funnel creates a sharp dynamic sound.
Venturi Drive dump valves also feature “Dual Drive” for maximum response, a small port for low boost and a larger port for high boost.

The main purpose of the dump valves is to improve the response of the turbo by quickly releasing the boost pressure before the turbo stalls.

They are made from die cast polished aluminium with a brass piston and a rubber diaphragm, meaning they can easily cope with boost pressures up to 1.2 bar with the supplied spring.

This is the Greddy Elbow (compression tube) leading into the throttlebody for the 93 – 95 RX-7′s. This elbow improves the airflow into the throttle body giving less restriction.

The MSD 8.5 mm Super Conductor wire is the performance wire engineered from the inside out, the 8.5mm offers everything you have ever wanted in a wire; incredibly low resistance without electronic interference! In a single 12 In. length of Super Conductor wire there is only 40 to 50 ohms of resistance! That is the lowest resistance of any helically wound wire. To accomplish this, MSD use a copper alloy conductor due to it’s great voltage carrying capabilities. The low resistance results in less loss of spark energy so more reaches the spark plug. The conductor is wound extremely tight around a special center core. So tight, that there is over 40 Ft. of conductor wrapped into a single foot of plug wire. This product is a plug-in ECU designed specifically for the series 8 Mazda RX7 FD3S – twin turbo. It’s a direct plug-in to the factory wiring and controls the factory twin turbochargers. For those converting to a single turbo, you can upgrade the ignition system to direct fire. VE and automatic staging gives you the ability to change injectors without manually working out when the secondary injectors need to be engaged.

The new PRofec is compact, powerful and easy to use. The large OLED Display, with the simple two-button / rotary-dial control, made for intuitive operation.

An ultra slim controller can display in digital, bar-graph, or graphical modes and can be rotated 180 degree for installation with the included adjustable mount or flush mounted.

By separating the display and control unit in the driver’s compartment, from the engine compartment-mounted, waterproof, sensor unit, it makes installation straightforward.

Only one thin harness is required to be routed through the firewall. The combination of the new 300kPa (43.5psi) integrated pressure sensor, the more compact solenoid valve and faster ECU processer, provide quicker response and the most stable boost curves yet.

This makes these High Performance Apex seals not only ideal for any N/A, Turbo or Supercharged RX-7 but also ANY standard or tuned REW or 13bt engine .

Sold at a set of 6 complete seals these will easily replace the stock apex seals found in all series 4- series 8 RX-7 engines.

Goopy 2 mm apex seals are .075″ (1.905mm) thick and you should be able to slide a .0015″ feeler gauge into the rotor apex slot with a new apex seal in place.

Goopy Performance 13B 2 mm oversized apex seals measure .078″ +/- .001″ (1.981mm +/- 0.025mm). If your rotor slot measures .077 – .078″, then you may benefit from our oversized 2 mm seals which will allow you to re-gain the .0015 suggested clearance.

If your gap with the seal in place measures .002-.005″ it is still usable, but keep in mind that tighter clearances means greater sealing characteristics.

Designed to provide the ultimate combination of performance AND sound, this pipe is sure to be a hit with RX-8 owners.

Racing Beat offers a full 304-stainless steel catalytic converter replacement pipe with dual resonators for RX-8 racing applications. Fitted with two (2) specially designed resonator units specifically for the RX-8 chassis. Both our resonated and non-resonated pipe versions are a direct bolt-on replacement for the stock catalytic converter section. Our replacement pipes utilize a genuine OEM rear mounting flange for a secure fit to the stock (or an aftermarket) exhaust system. Each replacement pipe is equipped with a sensor fitting for the oxygen sensor.

Racing Beat Lowering Springs (-25mm) for RX-8 inc R3

Racing Beat designed coil springs are suitable for street or racing applications. Designed to offer a modest reduction in ride height, these linear rate springs interchange exactly with the stock springs.

These RX-8 springs will provide a front and rear drop of approximately 25mm (1/2-inch) drop both front and rear. A modest spring rate increase of approximately 20% will provide a performance improvement without sacrificing ride quality.

Jim Mederer, Racing Beat’s co-founder and chief engineer, shares his thoughts on designing Racing Beat’s suspension springs:

“Springs are very much a matter of opinion, I adjust ride height and spring rate based more than any other thing, my taste. We won’t excessively lower a car to obtain a “look”. First, the car will hit the bump rubbers far too often and that makes the car unpredictable in its handling, also it makes it harsh and it is very hard on suspension components causing them to potentially fail. We therefore make relatively small changes in ride height, usually less than 1″, depending on the application. We adjust that based in part on what we perceive the best way of adjusting for good handling.

Our primary goal in lowering the car is handling, and from our point a view, improved appearance is a side benefit. We don’t lower the car for appearance, and then take what comes in handling. We are very cautious to not excessively lower the car such that it will cause perceived problems either in safety or unreasonable changes in ride comfort.”

    The Racing Beat RX-8 manifold is constructed using 100% stainless steel for superior quality, performance and appearance. Exclusive cast stainless-steel mounting flange has been designed to allow the smooth transition of the exhaust gas flow from the engine to the primary tubing. Incorporated into the flange design are critical emission control air passages that were included on the OEM flange design.

    These small passages allow air to be pumped into the exhaust ports to aid in more efficient catalytic converter function.

    The Racing Beat manifold does not remove any catalytic converters, and is equipped with an oxygen sensor fitting and retains all emissions control functionality.

    The Racing Beat Manifold utilizes 1.75” OD, 14 gauge (.083″), mandrel-bent, 304 stainless steel tubing and features an exclusive Racing Beat engine-to-header flange. All required mounting hardware, an outlet gasket, and instructions are included.
