These counterweights are required if you are installing an aftermarket lightweight flywheel such as our Racing Beat lightweight flywheel or an uprated clutch/flywheel kit.

14mm Fuel Resistant Injector O Rings for Bosch 1680′s

Bosch 1680cc fuel injectors are extremely popular among many of the big power RX-7′s however what is usually overlooked are the soft white/yellowish injector ‘O’ ring found on the top of your Bosch injectors.
These soft ‘O’ Rings are not designed for petrol (they are actually for natural gas) this means that its very common for these seals to start to leak once your fuel rail is pressurized. This can cause the possibility of engine fire one that fuel gets hot enough.
These Injector ‘O’Ring pack contains 4 high quality fuel proof injector seals enabling you to replace the top seals on up to 4 injectors.

Aeromotive 10 Micron Replacement Fabric Fuel Filter Element

Commonly the most overlooked component in a fuel system, filter neglect can be the most costly. If not cleaned or replaced regularly, filter elements can become clogged resulting in reduced fuel flow, engine performance and ultimately, fuel pump or even worse, engine damage. By simply replacing and/or cleaning your filter elements regularly, you can avoid costly repairs to your fuel system and ensure peak engine performance.

Aeromotive recommends annual inspection and service of filter elements. This includes replacing 10-micron fabric elements and cleaning or replacing 100-micron stainless steel elements. Severe duty applications or newly installed systems may require more frequent maintenance.


How do you know what element you need for your filter? Several Aeromotive filters share the same housing, but the elements inside may be drastically different and putting the wrong filter or element in the wrong place could be costly for your fuel pump or your engine. To find out, look inside the inlet of the filter. Stamped on the top of the element is the micron rating. This will tell you what element you need for your filter.

DOT5.1 Brake fluid has a much higher boiling point then both DOT3 and DOT4 fluids making it an excellent alternative when renewing your brake and clutch fluid. as well as being very affordable when compared to many other high performance “race spec” fluids
We have been using this brake fluid in our own cars for many years with no issue even on long stints on track or drives through mountain passes where a lot of braking is required.

The MSD 8.5 mm Super Conductor wire is the performance wire engineered from the inside out, the 8.5mm offers everything you have ever wanted in a wire; incredibly low resistance without electronic interference! In a single 12 In. length of Super Conductor wire there is only 40 to 50 ohms of resistance! That is the lowest resistance of any helically wound wire. To accomplish this, MSD use a copper alloy conductor due to it’s great voltage carrying capabilities. The low resistance results in less loss of spark energy so more reaches the spark plug. The conductor is wound extremely tight around a special center core. So tight, that there is over 40 Ft. of conductor wrapped into a single foot of plug wire. This winding procedure, combined with a ferro-magnetic impregnated center core, produces an extremely effective electro magnetic interference (EMI) choke.

Goopy Apex seals have become renowned for their reliability by withstanding up to 50psi in Drag Racing and still not failing and have even withstood detonation that the Mazda Apex seal could only dream of.

This makes these High Performance Apex seals not only ideal for any N/A, Turbo or Supercharged RX-7 but also ANY standard or tuned REW or 13bt engine .

Sold at a set of 6 complete seals these will easily replace the stock apex seals found in all series 4- series 8 RX-7 engines.

Goopy 2 mm apex seals are .075″ (1.905mm) thick and you should be able to slide a .0015″ feeler gauge into the rotor apex slot with a new apex seal in place.

Goopy Performance 13B 2 mm oversized apex seals measure .078″ +/- .001″ (1.981mm +/- 0.025mm). If your rotor slot measures .077 – .078″, then you may benefit from our oversized 2 mm seals which will allow you to re-gain the .0015 suggested clearance.

If your gap with the seal in place measures .002-.005″ it is still usable, but keep in mind that tighter clearances means greater sealing characteristics.

Racing Beat Lightweight Flywheel

From street to road racing, the Racing Beat Aluminum Flywheel is ideally suited for a wide range of performance applications.

This lightweight aluminum unit reduces the flywheel weight about 29 percent from the original, and reduces the flywheel inertia approximately 55 percent. <p>The weight of the stock flywheel is 16.8 lbs compared to 8 lbs for the Racing Beat Aluminum flywheel. For additional security, the ring gear is bolted firmly in place to the flywheel assembly.

By using this flywheel on a 5 speed RX-8 it will let you replace the small 5 speed clutch with the larger diamiter 6 speed clutch that is more durable.

A new concept oil filter which improves oil pressure drop and flow properties by approximately 30% compared to current sports oil filters. Comma 15w40 Mineral Oil 5l

Comma 15w40 Mineral Oil

This is the standard stuff that we normally use on our services, offering a higher viscosity than the recommended oil, 15w40 will help protect the inside of your engine better especially the stationary gear bearings (a key weak point on the RX-8 when using 5w30)

This oil is supplied in a 5 liter can and should be enough for a oil change plug 1-1.5 liters spare for top ups.

We recommend 3000-6000mile (or 6 months) oil changes to keep your oil as clean as possible.

RE-Amemiya D1-Spec Short Shifter for FD3s and RX-8 5MT

The RE-Amemiya D1-Spec Short Shifter will fit both the Mazda RX-7-FD3S and Mazda RX-8 equipped with 5 speed Transmission. The shifter is a plug and play application that effectively reduces the stroke by 5mm between gears while also ‘solidly’ engaging the gears, this may not sound like a lot but it makes a big difference.

Shifting will be smoother with the upgraded brass collar compared to the OEM plastic collar and many owners report that they no longer miss gear changes during spirited driving.

This is the same part as used on the RE-Amemiya RX-7 D1GP cars.

Do note these are to fit the 5MT only and will not fit 6 speed MT equipped RX-8.
